The two lap marathon course makes good use of Adelaide's unique parklands that ring the entire the CBD. It is predominantly on road, but also uses the wide, sealed paths along the beautiful River Torrens. The course also takes in the best of Adelaide’s colonial past as it passes the stately mansions that overlook the Adelaide Golf Course. Later it skirts the edge of the CBD along North Terrace past the historic grandeur of the Adelaide Railway Station and Old and New Parliament House. But the jewel in the crown must be the section through the Adelaide Botanic Gardens. This is an excellent precinct for spectators, as a short walk allows you to access the course at three separate points.

All courses are measured and certified to AIMS and IAAF standard.

This year, the finish festival will be set up at Elder Park, with entertainment for all to enjoy. Stay tuned for further details and announcements.
